    Submission of this registration form signifies agreement with the following terms: -Exhibitor will accept table space assignment as determined by the Events Coordinator of TAASA. -TAASA reserves the right to refuse any exhibit or Exhibitor and further reserves the right to shut down any exhibit or Exhibitor for breach of this agreement, or for cause. -Exhibitor understands any charges incurred for special decorations, shipping & storage/handling is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
    Vendors may purchase one or two tables to display goods or services for the duration of the TAASA conference. This year's conference will be held Sunday, Feb. 28 through Thursday, March 4, 2010, at the Island Grand Beach Resort in South Padre Island. Exhibitors will be accepted until space is no longer available. The TAASA event coordinator will notify each exhibitor in writing when their table registration is complete.
